“Let Nature Sing” by RSPB

“Let Nature Sing” is a song released by the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB), a charity organization based in the United Kingdom. RSPB’s singular mission is, as its moniker suggests, to preserve wildlife (particularly of the avian variety) from “a rapidly-changing world”. Indeed according to their statistics, the UK’s bird population has dropped by 40 million creatures in the last half of the century, which is a genuine cause for alarm. And the alarm they are sounding at the moment is the release of the song “Let Nature Sing”.

Accordingly, this song is an instrumental comprised of the songs of about 25 different birds, many of them belonging to endangered species. RSPB’s goal in doing so, as alluded to earlier, is to raise awareness of their plight in lieu of pollution, climate change and other factors which threaten their existence. And thus far, “Let Nature Sing” is achieving this goal.
