“Losing It” by Fisher

Fisher is a producer, not a vocalist, and “Losing It” is a dance song. In some cases like this one, there is no emphasis whatsoever put on lyrical complexity. Thus on this track, all we are met with in that regard is the phrase “I’m losing it” being repeated a few times. So it’s safe to say that in this case, since it doesn’t appear that Fisher himself proceeded to explain what said phrase is supposed to mean, that this piece is open to listener interpretation.

But that said, “I’m losing it” is an expression that is usually used to point to the idea of being on the brink of snapping, so to speak. And considering that this is in fact a dance song, what that expression is probably meant to allude to in context is a concept like going crazy on the dance floor.
