In terms of his conduct, he basically presents himself as the type of bad boy which has become the norm in rap music.  For instance he states a penchant for vengeance and even sort of implies that he may have been involved in a murder. He also more or less says that he is a burglar and of course insinuates an affinity for women.

In terms of his mental state, the outro, in which the phrase “break the law” is repeated continuously, perhaps says it best. Slowthai sees himself as some sort of outlaw, which brings us his religious beliefs, in that he doesn’t really appear to have any. Basically he feels that his actions are exempt from judgment from a Higher Power. Indeed he goes as far as to curse God, which even in this era of sacrilegious music is a bold statement. He then asserts that he himself is “a dog backwards”, as in a ‘god’ (which is “dog” spelled backwards).

Conclusion

In fact just by reading the title we can see that this song has a strong religious theme, if you will. But the idea which Slowthai seems to be putting forth is that the individual must strive to realize his own “heaven” instead of focusing on some sort of spiritual realm of the same name. This notion is put forth most explicitly during the chorus, where he more or less implies that if a person is committed to ‘getting rich’, then he shouldn’t have any moral or religious scruples about it.
