“Inglorious” by slowthai (Ft. Skepta)

“Inglorious” reads like a freestyle in that the artists do not seem to be operating within any thematic boundaries except for probably focusing on themselves. And in that regard, their approaches are different yet share a similarity in that they both take time to point out that they are paid.

Outside of that, slowthai comes off as the reflective type, one who takes time to meaningfully reminisce on those who have passed away. Meanwhile Skepta is a lot more brash, even insinuating that he was toting guns since back in the day. And overall, the track basically serves as a venue for Skepta and slowthai to big up themselves.
