The phrase “rinse and repeat” is one that many of us would recognize as being associated with the cycle of a washing machine. In this case, the vocalist is not talking about cleaning clothes or anything like that. Instead, he uses that same notion of being caught up in a cycle to point to the idea of being a diehard clubhead, one who practices such a lifestyle all of his waking hours. He is likewise advertising such to the addressee, that if you roll with him, then it’s all about making the club bounce. With that thought in mind, the lyrics read as if the narrator is a musician, i.e. someone who has tasked himself with keeping the partying jumping.
