This victory, for her is extremely important considering the fact that she always feels like giving up. She further explains that there are many days she has had to force herself to act against her negative mindset, and those are the battles she has won.

Christina Perri has said the song is about overcoming obstacles, no matter how small they may seem. “Tiny Victories” seeks to explain that triumphs come in all forms, whether small or big, they’re all meaningful.

Release Date

“Tiny Victories” officially hit the airways on May 3 of 2019.  It is featured, as the twelfth track, on the singer’s 2022 album “A Lighter Shade of Blue”. Aside from this, the song was also included on the soundtrack album to an HBO documentary titled “FOSTER”.  

“Tiny Victories” has an accompanying music video, which was helmed by Firethorne Films.

Who Wrote “Tiny Victories”?

This song was written by Perri in collaboration with American songwriter Adrianne Gonzalez, also known as AG. In addition to co-writing this track, the Pennsylvania-born singer is also named as its sole producer.
