Indigo Girls is the name of an American folk rock duo comprising two brilliant singers Emily Saliers and Amy Ray.  

The duo has been together since the mid-1980s, and has released a number of very successful records. “Shaming of the Sun”, their sixth studio album, is one of their biggest hits. This record reached number 7 in the US, and became the duo’s second top-100 charting album in the UK.
