Succinctly put, Kelly Rowland’s “Coffee” is about the prospect of early-morning bedroom fun. The singer is waking up in bed next to her lover. And before they both set out to perform their daily tasks, she is imploring him to break her off, as some would say. As such, most of the lyrics center on her promising him that if he were to give her such amorous attention, she would indeed make it worth his while. In other words she sees the potential for intercourse as being mutually-beneficial, as she will get pleasured while he will experience stress relief. Moreover she has noticed that he is already excited, as in possessing a “morning wood”. 

So conclusively she wishes to take advantage of the overall opportunity by having some edifying bedroom fun before the day begins. And as you know “coffee” is a beverage that is usually enjoyed in the morning. Thus the reason she named the track so is because during this particular dawn, she is looking forward to having both “coffee” and intimate pleasure.
