“Heart to Heart” by Kenny Loggins

In this track, Kenny Loggins predicts a solution to a relationship that seems to be on the rocks. He suggests to his lover that the best means by which they can settle their differences is by having an honest conversation, otherwise known as a heart-to-heart talk.

The singer demonstrates his initial efforts to keep the relationship going, as well as his desire to deal with the existing problem. The concern however is that his partner appears not to be as keen as he is to discuss and reach an agreement. He remains unwilling to give up on their love and asks his lover to give them another chance by having a truthful and intimate conversation with him.
