“I Got U” by Duke Dumont (ft. Jax Jones)

Duke Dumont’s “I Got U” relies heavily on the interpolation of “My Love Is Your Love” by Whitney Houston. Said track is in fact romantic in nature, one in which the singer is basically expressing her undying, unconditional love for the addressee. So on top of effectively expressing that thesis sentiment, this particular piece also takes things a step further by verifying itself as a dance number. So basically, what the vocalist is doing is celebrating the fact that he has the addressee, someone he truly loves, in his life.
