On “Covid Mansion”, Hopsin addresses various aspects of the virus pandemic, from both a humorous and frustrated disposition simultaneously. As far as his frustrations goes, this is largely due to the fact that, according to the lyrics, he is dropping this track while concurrently being stuck in Thailand due to the resultant travel restrictions. And the worst part about that particular scenario is that now he is extremely bored. Moreover being separated from his romantic interests, he must resort to masturbation to find sensual relief.
And once again outside of his own personal dealings with the matter, he speaks to many of the prevailing theories surrounding the pandemic in general. For instance, he harps on the widely-accepted notion that the sickness originated in a market in Wuhan, China. He also addresses the conspiracy theory that the pandemic has something to do with the propagation of 5G technology. And in that regard he asserts that if such is true people need to act accordingly. Additionally he brings up the subject of social distancing and along those lines warns others from getting too close to him.
So conclusively the “Covid Mansion” itself, although it is never actually mentioned in the song, would likely point to the location in which Hopsin finds himself quarantined due to the spread of the titular virus.
