“I Love It” is a song by American rappers Kanye West and Lil Pump. The lyrics of this song, which are by the way unclean, basically see both rappers rapping about the things they like/love. In talking about the things he likes, West refers to himself as a “sick f**k”.

  • The song was co-written by Kanye West and Lil Pump. American rapper Omar Pineiro (best known as Smokepurpp) also received credit as a writer on this track.
  • West handles the song’s production along with three other producers. They are: CBMIX, Clark Kent and Ronny J.
  • “I Love It” marks the first time West has collaborated with Lil Pump. A month prior to the release of this track, West had referred to Lil Pump as one of the new artists whom he liked.
  • This track was officially released on September 7th, 2018.
  • This song and its music video were premiered at the first ever P**nhub Awards which took place on September 17th, 2018 in California. At that awards ceremony, West performed the song live with American singer Teyana Taylor. It’s noteworthy that West was also one of the creative directors of the ceremony.
  • In the music video of “I Love It”, West and Lil Pump dress as characters from the video game West co-directed the video with music video director Amanda Adelso.
  • Veteran American comedian and actress Adele Givens provided guest vocals on the song. A number of publications give her credit as a one of the song’s writers. The female voice you hear at the song’s bridge is that of Givens.

  • On the US Billboard Hot 100, “I Love It” made its debut at number 6. On the UK Singles Chart, it performed even better by debuting at number 3. Owing to this, the track is Lil Pump’s first-ever top-ten song. As for West, it is his 19th.
