Who he is
Also known as Musa I of Mali, Mansa Musa was a famous emperor/sultan of the Mali Empire. He ruled from c.1312–1337. During his reign as emperor, it is believed Mali was the world’s largest gold producer. Musa went on to become so wealthy that his fortune could never be measured. He is widely regarded as the richest person in the entire history of the world.
