“Mars” by Mario
Mario has noted that in Latin, his name actually translates to Mars. And as you likely already know, Mars is the name of a planet in our solar system. Moreover this is a love song. So basically what the singer is doing is using metaphors generally related to Mars (i.e. space) to express his love for the addressee. And the primary one centers on him putting forth that they can get high, so to speak, on each other’s love – so long as she accepts his invitation to romance.
Mario co-wrote this song along with Rafael D. Ishman and Jeremiah “Sick Pen” Bethea. And its producers are as follows:

A label called New Citizen Music released this track on 2 October 2020. It is the second single from Mario’s album entitled “Closer to Mars”.
Mario also co-directed the video to “Mars” alongside Sterling Hampton. Additionally he dropped some merch in conjunction with the release of the track.
