Teasers of “Goodbye” were first shared on Webb’s TikTok account on 13th May. She subsequently announced the release date on both her Instagram and TikTok accounts on 17th May.
Eventually, the single was released on 26th May, 2022, together with its music video. Webb, who is signed by Epic Records, released this song via the said label’s backing.
