“Got It on Me” by Pop Smoke

On “Got It on Me”, the “it” which Pop Smoke is referring to in the title is his gat. And basically, what’s he doing throughout is warning opps not to approaching him the wrong way.  For as the title suggests, he is always packing heat. And as such, the primary theme of the lyrics center on the rapper basically engaging in lyrical gunplay. Indeed he depicts himself as someone who is in fact caught up in a violent street life.
