“Lo Mein” by Lil Uzi Vert

“Lo Mein”, the track’s title, actually serves as an indirect reference to firearms. And apparently the reason the rapper feels the need to harp on such a topic is because there are a lot of people who unjustifiably hate him.  Indeed Lil Uzi Vert is just going about business as usual, referring to his extravagant yet verifiable wealth. And in the midst of doing yes, he does occasionally let others know that their own cashflow doesn’t measure up.

One other main topic is the artist’s interactions with women. More specifically, on this occasion he presents himself as the type of guy that every lady he deals with wants to make her one and only. Also he confirms that certain women who wouldn’t give him the time of day before he made it are now sweating him.

And in summation, this song can be classified as one where the celebrity vocalist is celebrating the fact that he is indeed rich and famous. So with his wherewithal to bust major caps already being established in the chorus, Uzi can dedicate the verses themselves to blingin’ and bangin’.
