Milky Chance
Milky Chance is an alternative rock and folk band of German origins. The group, which was established in the city of Kassel, began their activities during the early 2010s.
This ensemble was actually started by Philipp Dausch and Clemens Rehbein. They were classmates who previously belonged to a group named Flown Tones.
After the disbandment of Flown Tones, Rehbein and Dausch decided to embark on a project together, which ultimately gave birth to the group Milky Chance. As of this writing the group’s lineup includes its founding members as well as Antonio Greger and Sebastian Schmidt.
They gained international success with their debut single “Stolen Dance“, released from their maiden studio album “Sadnecessary”. The album was a commercial success and peaked at #14 in the US.
