Luke Combs’ “1, 2 Many” covers his ‘bad’ habit habit of drowning himself in liquor whenever he gets the chance. In the first verse, he presents himself as being invited by a friend for a drink at a Honky Tonk.

He boldly admits his addiction to liquor as he states in the verses that he can’t turn it off or stop himself, when starts drinking some beer. He goes till he gets intoxicated and even offers to buy drinks for some ladies. In the bridge, Luke confesses that he’s not the type that gets enough of drinks and will most likely have more until he’s totally wasted for the night.

Luke Combs in a twitter post prior to the release of this song revealed that “1, 2 Many” is a song basically centered on drinking too much. He added that it has the feel of the 90’s country music sound he grew up listening to.
