“Go Crazy” by Chris Brown and Young Thug

In “Go Crazy”, Breezy and Thugger are making the titular admonishment towards their special someones. And what they are telling her more specifically is that she should “go crazy” in bed, as in a sensual context. Or stated differently, they want her to be uninhibited and to give her all during bedroom fun.

And Chris Brown especially lets it be known that yes, there are other women who want to get with him. But at the end of the day it is the addressee, i.e. his main squeeze, whom he is truly interested in. Likewise Young Thug also acknowledges that he is indeed addressing a lady whom he admires and who appears to genuinely have his back. And of course there is also a wealth-based subtheme. Basically the artists mention that since their ladies are indeed someone they truly care about and are satisfied with, accordingly they are willing to spend a considerable amount of money to make them happy.

So at the end of the day “Go Crazy” can most accurately be described as a love song.  However, there is also an emphasis, especially from Brown’s perspective, on bedroom fun.

Writing Credits and Release
