Rambo is a famous movie character whose main characteristic is possessing the ability to destroy numerous foes. And on this track, Bryson Tiller and The Weeknd are comparing themselves to him in that they are also ‘true f**king killers’. However, they don’t mean this in a literal sense but rather in regards to the quality of their music as well as the success they are experiencing overall. And under that context, The Weeknd especially is able to brag about living a superstar lifestyle. But more to the point, he and Tiller are letting haters know that they’re winning the game of life and have no intent of letting up in terms of setting even greater standing.

This is the remix of a track named “Rambo” which Bryson first dropped in 2015. The Weeknd released the remixed version onto SoundCloud on 30th March, 2016. Later, in 2020, it was featured on the deluxe edition of Bryson Tiller’s album “T R A P S O U L”.
