“Same Hands” by BIA (ft. Lil Durk)

According to BIA, “Same Hands”, or at least its title, is premised on the idea of God being the type who ever accepts penitent sinners. But in terms of the song’s actual content matter, the rappers are primarily spitting about their interactions with people. And said individuals are the types whom they don’t trust or are trying to do them dirty – in other words haters.

But overall, the vocalists will not let such people deter them. Rather they are using such treatment as inspiration to drop a typical kind of rap song in terms of its content being centered on drugs, conflict, riches and what have you, as well as the rappers being proficient in all of these fields.

This is Lil Durk and BIA’s first collaboration, with “Same Hands” being released on 25 September 2020.

BIA and Durk wrote this song alongside the track’s producer, CBMIX.

Summary

In all, BIA’s “Same Hands” features the traditional rap fare (content-wise), though overall being highlighted by a deep religious premise.
