“Flood My Wrist” by A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie & Don Q (ft. Lil Uzi Vert)

When A Boogie and co. refer to their wrists being flooded, they’re talking about with ice, not water. And of course ice, in the world of hip-hop, is another name for expensive jewelry. As such, one of the primary themes of this song features the artist bragging about their wealth. More specifically to the overall theme of the tune, they have the tendency to purchase pricey wrist jewelry. Secondly they flaunt their seemingly innumerable sexual liaisons, which are apparently made possible via their aforementioned riches.

“Flood My Wrist” was released in July 2020. It is to be featured on a forthcoming A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie project entitled “Highbridge The Label Vol. 2”.
