“Siri” by Lil Wayne (ft. 2 Chainz)

In actuality the creation of this song dates back to at least 2014. That is likely why we find Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz dropping metaphors as it were their heyday. And of course behind all of the analogies lies the notion that the rappers are on top of the game in all aspects of their lives. Meanwhile the title and we guess you could say overall theme of the song track on the artists’ distrust of iPhones. And along a similar vein they give a shoutout to Siri, which is a ubiquitous software used on various Apple products like the iPhone.

This track was produced and co-written by Mike Will Made-It and J-Bo. And the other two writers are Wayne and Chainz.

There are a number of songs prior to this one in which both Chainz and Wayne appear.

As alluded to earlier, this existence of this song has been known to Wayne fans for some time. In fact it was originally announced, albeit under a different name, in 2014 as part of the playlist of Weezy’s “The Carter V”, which eventually came out in 2018.
