“Professor X” by Dave

Dave is a British artist. And “Professor X” is heavily imbued with slang from that region, some of which only a true local can decipher. But there are still certain general themes which can be ascertained by any listener of this song.  For instance, the topic spoken of the most is the artist’s intimate relations with women. He also apparently drops a few allusions to his wealth and overall success. But for the most part this isn’t the type of rap where the vocalist is focusing on money. Rather it’s more along the lines of presenting himself as a trending street boy, as grime artists tend to do. But once again by and large this is very much a chronicling of Dave’s intimate life.
