“Bingo” by Jacob Sartorius

The title of this song is of course the name of a popular game of chance where if a person wins the prize, he or she exclaims ‘bingo!’ And Jacob Sartorius is using the expression in a similar manner. However, what he has won is basically a new girlfriend.

The way the narrative reads is that he became infatuated with a girl in his ‘hood via Instagram and accordingly shoots his shot, not knowing how she will react. So when she does respond favorably to his advances he considers himself quite fortunate. 

So basically this is a love song in which the singer is not only admiring said individual but also looking forward to what appears to be their blooming romantic relationship.

Bingo can be found on Jacob Sartorius’s debut musical project, which is entitled “The Last Text EP”. And the song came out with the as part of such, via the T3 Music Group, on 20 January 2017.

Jacob, a musically-based social media star, wrote “Bingo” himself. And the track was produced by the trio of C. Rojas, M. Marchetti and R. Ali.

The music video to Bingo featured an animal star called Jiff the Pomeranian.
