In the first verse Wiz presents himself as someone whom women are infatuated with. Thus he is able to seduce them, even the ones who already have committed boyfriends. And overall he throws a number of jabs at his opps, though not in the physical sense, as he admits he’s “too high to get violent”. Rather he insinuates that his life is just better, with this sentiment being rationalized primarily by his sizable income.

There’s an interlude between the first and second verses. This is important because it sets the scene for the latter. In the interlude, Khalifa is at a woman’s house, i.e. a romantic interest, who appears to be quite loquacious.  So Wiz is getting bored, especially considering that he’s “running out of ” grass.

Thus he decides to “call a new” woman, which sets off the second verse, which is based on his interactions with her. There is a bit of strife between them due to questioning each other’s motivations for engaging in this relationship. Khalifa ultimately concludes that bedroom fun with her is good enough for him to her another call ‘if he ever needs it again’.

Outro

Meanwhile the outro, succinctly put, features a number of repeated references to smoking green. Wiz Khalifa uses the opportunity to also give a shoutout to his 2018 album entitled “Rolling Papers II”, with “rolling papers” being a paraphernalia commonly used by smokers.

Conclusion

So in all, this track reads like an ode to Khalifa’s bedroom adventures with women. In the midst of it all he sometimes gets into beef with other dudes, i.e. their boyfriends. And of course, throughout he is staying dedicated to his love for grass.
