PRETTYMUCH’s “Eyes Off You” is based on the adoration the singers feel towards their special someone, especially in regards to how she looks. Or as the chorus puts it, they ‘cannot take their eyes off her’. This obviously means that she is so stunningly beautiful that while in her presence she demands all of their attention. Indeed they state there is “nothing (they) can do about it”, as in even if the respective singers made a conscientious effort to look at something else, such an attempt would prove futile in lieu of the loveliness which stands before their eyes.
And these feelings transcend physical attraction. Indeed ‘every little thing she does drives’ the homeys wild. And on this night in particular, once again, she has their undivided attention. In fact they cannot remember a time when any “touch or feeling, pleasure or pain” gave them such a sensation.
