“My Life In A Nutshell” by Juice WRLD

On this song, Juice WRLD sorta prophesied his own death. Or let’s say that he was well aware of the fact that, due to his unrepentant dependency on hard drugs, he may OD on any given day.  But it’s like at that point in his life he had grown accustomed to such a lifestyle, i.e. the song’s title.

And he also recognized, as relayed in the first verse, that even if he were to die an untimely death, he would still “live forever” through his music. Or more realistically put, Juice may be gone but not forgotten.

And it seems as if the intended message of this piece is that WRLD did not appreciate those who may judge him or others like him for being dependent on hard drug consumption. And that’s because said dependency was, at least in his mind, necessitated as a form of anti-depression.
